Hämeentie 11 A, 4th floor
00530 Helsinki
Veli Studio is a creative production studio for film animation and art. Our small team occupies one part of the open office space and one edit room.
We’ve been at this studio since 2018 and the entire space was designed by us when the building was fully renovated—a lot of love and thought has been put into this space and we know it inside out.
We’re looking for a likeminded company/entity/group, who appreciate well designed spaces and a collaborative environment, to share this space with us.
This studio provides a great home base for your team and can easily host client meetings and events be they small and sensitive or big and loud.
We’re primarily seeking one entity who would take the entire available space, but the space can be divided in two parts. The available area is marked in blue in the floor plan below.
4th floor, approx. 300m2

The main entrance is from Hämeentie and there is direct and wheelchair friendly elevator access to our lobby from the courtyard.
